Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have.

How to place an order

Orders can be placed through our order form link at therainforester.org/wholesale-order-form

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in UK GBP. All authorised retailers will receive 40% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping if orders are over £100. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 100% of shipping costs for any orders over £100.  

Returns

Returns must be made within writing by the return form at the rainforester.org/returns-form within 14 days of delivery receipt quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without The Rainforester prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping costs will be covered by The Rainforester. The Returns Policy can be found at therainforester.org/returns-policy.

Payments

The Rainforester accept BACS transfer only. The details will be attached to your invoice. Payments are to be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the costs of goods. Shipping costs for orders over £100 will have 100% of the costs covered by The Rainforester. Orders under £100 will incur a shipping cost of £8.99. The Rainforester will ship orders on receipt of payment. Time of shipping up to 5 business days.  

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact The Rainforester at olivia@therainforester.org within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.

Delivery Window

Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of your order payment for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact olivia@therainforester.org for information about availability.
